What a Klash!
Last night, I attended Kulture Klash 4.
Although the description notes " The eclectic mix of visual art, dance, and music from locals has become a favorite destination for the savvy, and often trendy, Holy City crowd."
While that's so not a description of me, I still had fun.
Here I am in my $2.00 skater chic t shirt (on major sale during Record Store Day at Monster Music) and my Poster Boy bag--my own work of art, don't 'cha think?
The main poster was really cool.
Here are some other things that caught my eye.
Stop! in the name of this Love Cone.
Maximus...well...just because...
Pet your friends...
"I'll have spikes with that."
It was also nice to meet up with friends. Here's Dan, me, and Patrick.
I know that Bran had a good time.
It was the place to be.
Today, I'm leaving trendiness behind, and I'm going to watch The Audition. This documentary about a high stakes opera audition seems very interesting.
Have a great day everyone.
Update: Loved The Audition. Ended up in tears at the end. Have no idea when it's playing again, but if you love music (the fact that it's an opera audition needn't scare you off), this is one to see.
