Thanks for all of the kind wishes and e-mails concerning yesterday's post. Patrick and I had a lovely if busy day getting ready for the Halloween Masque and next week's Knit and Crochet Out.
I had fun at the Masque. I ended up doing a "Joan of Arc" thing. Patrick conjured up a wizard.
Since my original idea for a flapper fizzled, I took one of Pat's old costumes and made it my own.
Pat brought this outfit, but made the cowl and wand himself.
Here are some other costumes I liked. She won "Best Ladies' Costume." I love that wig.
This Jesus was way cool, and I like The Crow.
This is called " Car Crash Victim." It tied with Jesus in the "Best Men's Costume."
Good make up jobs!
Hey, what's going on here?
Boy, am I tired.
Not much football watching today. I go to a friend's house for a Knit In, and to a program at Pete's Herbs with Patrick. I have to adjust to the time going back an hour; I tend to find it much more difficult than when the time moves up in the spring. It gets dark so fast and I feel like hibernating.
Now for some morning knitting and clock changing..
