Keep (Jay)Walking On
Jaywalker II
I'm making the second pair of socks with some BS WildFoote that I've had for awhile.
Since I've lost the bands to the yarn, I have no idea what color it is, but I like how it's turning out. The WildFoote has a lot more stretch than the Koigu that I used for my first pair, which fit very well, but I these will work even better.
Jaywalker I
Speaking of the first pair, here's yet another photo that I think is even better.
I keep playing around with Photoshop and trying new things. I guess I could get Patrick to fix it and be done.
Walk On Flakes
I've Joined Cara's Jaywalker KAL. Here's the button I like best.
I think she is one her fourth pair of socks.
I've also joined Crochetville's Great Flake Race which begins Sunday.
Chances are that it won't snow here as it has in many places, so I'll need to make some of my own.
This Weekend
I have a crochet lesson and a Christmas party tomorrow and a Football Fantasy League party on Sunday.
I plan to continue working on my socks this weekend and start on the snowflakes. I also need to finish up a baby blanket for a one co-worker and a felted purse for another.
I still want to go the Holiday Festival of Lights sometime this season too.
Have a good weekend.

I always love your crocheted snowflakes. How many did you make last year? I should learn how to do that.

I wish I could get just one pair done! Soft twist yarn is better for JW as it has more give. I love you Koigu pair, too!

Nice socks! I love Koigu...been making holiday chickens with KPPPM for pressies. Fun, fun, fun!
I going to start knitting socks too. Right now I am making a snazzy pair of leg warmers. I figured I'd try to knit throughout the year to give my hook a rest every now and again. LOL

I love the red, can't help it. They look great.
I'm racing to finish a doily so I can start snowflakes on Sunday too. I might not start until Sunday night, but I'm doing my best to get there.

I'm wearing a pair of Wildfoote socks right now as I read your blog. They hold up beautifully. You'll love yours.
